Positive: The hotel is beautiful, with excellent cleanliness and real attention to detail. The staff were kind and professional, and the manager was very helpful in finding solutions when small issues came up. Their gastronomical restaurant Amarines offers top-notch service with creative, beautifully presented cuisine.

Negative: The main challenge was the limited availability of beach beds, but the manager handled it well and arranged a solution for us. The restaurant Miraé requires advance booking, and while we hadn’t reserved, the staff kindly accommodated us one evening.

Positive: The location is great, really close to the beach , if that’s why you are going there. Architecture it’s alright, from an architect it’s pretty clean, decent; it wants to be more , and a lot posh than it is, but it is struggling.

Negative: The fact that we asked to be either check in a little earlier , and have a late check out. We had a late check out , we checked out at 15:10 and we have been charged an outrageous and unfair cost of 500 euros. Also later one after we left the hotel we have been charged an extra 80 euros with no reason.

Summary: Great location, overrated, overly expensive . The valet guys are really really nice, the reception is rude and annoying

Positive: The interior design of the whole hotel is stunning, the staff were attentive and welcoming, the breakfast was fantastic. Towels were super soft, the room was beautiful. It was difficult to leave.

Negative: I wish the hotel offered more food options during the day - there are two restaurants on site. One of them is only open in the evening and the other is an all day eatery. The menu offered is quite small and once you have eaten there once (or even ordered room service), you don't really have much choice of other food. The pool also doesn't offer food and has very limited drinks menu. I wonder if the limited food options at the hotel are due to the expectation that visitors will spend their time away from the hotel during the day?
