Positive: The apartment is located relatively centrally (8 min tube ride to the central station) with a lot of local amenities and a spacious car park on site. It is a modern styled apartment, which is pretty comfortable to spend a few nights while in Nagoya. There are two separate bedrooms, small but comfortable. Air conditioning in every room, which you need even out of the hot season for ventilation -- the area is busy and noisy and the apartment is on the ground floor with bedroom facing the fence and the parking lot -- therefore opening windows is not really a great option. But aircons are good, quiet and soft (when needed to be such). There is a well equipped kitchen and a plenty of space in the living room. There is a bath tab and a separate walk-in shower, a washing machine and everything one could expect. The key for the code-lock was delivered remotely, so there was no challenge checking-in or out.
Negative: The location can be quite noise being directly on a busy avenue. The windows are facing either the Times parking lot or a fence separating the house from another parking lot. This means that curtains would normally be down and windows closed. As as result there is somewhat little day light. We did not stay in the property over the day time working so cannot assess how comfortable it would be for that. The rest was great!

Positive: Nice and modern facility. Very clean and easy to use. Location is very close to the subway station and many restaurants.
Negative: There is a platform in the middle where you step in and down. It is a little unusual and I fell the first day. Once you get used to it it is ok. A little sign saying watch your stop somewhere may have helped.

Positive: Property is like an AirBnB. Belongs to a pet lover. Monica was his cat. Like staying in someone's comfortable apartment. All the creature comforts of home at our disposal. A fully automated check-in experience means you can check-in anytime you like. Owner is very responsive and helpful. We checked in at about 9pm and accidentally turned off the water heating while turning on the heating for the rooms. Owner was able to provide us with clear instructions on how to turn it back on. There were other helpful hardcopy instructions in the home to explain how to operate various appliances in the house. There is a 24hr supermarket about 8min drive from the property with convenience stores located within walking distance.
Negative: The automated check-in experience may be a challenge to those who are less tech savvy, but for us it was seamless.
Summary: A clean accommodation with all the comforts and amenities of home.
