Positive: Very spacious villa in a good location just a 15 minute walk into Moraria. Inside of the villa was very clean when we arrived. We were a family of 6 adults and 6 children and this was great for what we needed for the price £3k for a week. Staff were extremely responsive to any issues we had.
Negative: Frustrating that you have to pick the keys up from this villa and drop them back off in a town around 25 minutes away from the villa. The house next door had a drop box with a code - this would make much more sense. The outside area needed some TLC and the pool was dirty - on the booking it said a pool maintenance guy would visit daily but we didn't see anyone all week. We also had no water for around 12 hours but the company did their best to rectify this - eventually finding out it had been turned off in the street. There is also an issue with the electricity where it will go off if too many things are on - this has to be rectified by turning all fuses off on both floors and then turning back on again.
Summary: Great Location, Spacious Villa which was good value, just needs some TLC

Positive: Location is great, nice and peaceful and easy to get into main town. Villa is huge! So much room for a big group and so many spaces for entertaining. Lots of games provided in the villa. Lovely Villa, Lovely area. Would stay again.
Negative: Could have been a bit cleaner, I cleaned again on arrival. Going to another town to pick up and drop off keys from the office was a bit of a pain. would have been nice for someone to have met us at the villa with keys. But no other complaints.
Summary: Lovely large villa in peaceful part of town
