Positive: We liked the house, pool, air-conditioning, garden, and rooms. There is a colony of feral cats that was a plus for us. The view is nice where it is not interrupted by a neighbouring building, especially towards the west at sunset. It was quiet while we were there. The house uses solar energy to heat the water (although it is limited to 800L a day). The nearby lake is nice to swim in.
Negative: Tap water is not potable, which we did not know ahead of time (arsenic levels exceed European norms). Since no filter is provided, you have to buy bottled water at a supermarket. The expectation, therefore, is that you drive a car. If you are on foot, you'll have to carry the water up a steep hill (the cost of having a view), daily. There is no sidewalk at first and cars drive fast in a blind curve, which is freaky and dangerous at night. The bedding is synthetic. This may not be a negative point for you. The washing machine is violently loud, sounding like someone wants to tear down the house and moving and rotating severely during a wash.
Summary: Nice. Bring a car.

Positive: Exceptional house with a nice little pool. We felt very welcome by the hostess who was very helpful and inviting. We were there in July and the A/C worked perfectly when it was too hot to sleep. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and well kept. This house is perfect for a relaxing family vacation. It is located in a quiet and secluded area but only a very short walk (5-10 minutes) from the small village where it’s possible to find a lot of nice restaurants.
Negative: We liked everything! No complaints at all.

Positive: Wonderful villa, fantastic location 15 minute walk into town, 5 minutes to beach. Excellent hosts who were very responsive to any issues.
Negative: No hot water for one day but hosts did all they could to rectify it.

Positive: Lovely swimming pool, nice outdoor area, comfortable beds, air conditioning, nice big TV, host let us check in early as we had a wedding to attend.
Negative: A few things to mention. Hot water didn’t work in one of the bathrooms upstairs so used downstairs shower. Back door hard to close. Had to request extra items because not enough, for example only 2 cups/mugs for a group of 6. Also have to mention we got locked out complex 2am after returning from wedding as remote control for security gates didn’t work, it was very scary but luckily host was contactable, helped us and promptly replaced remote control the next day.
Summary: A few teething problems but overall had a pleasant stay. Host was good.

Positive: This exceeded our expectations, the house is amazing with a lovely garden and pool which overlook the lake. There's also plenty to do in the area, the lake is just a short walk away and perfect after a hot day in Rome. There's plenty of food and drink choices all within walking distance. It's a great house with lovely hosts, we didn't want to leave.

Positive: Unique house of high quality! Situated within walls in a peacefull neighbourhood, by a private street. Four nice bedrooms and four modern bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped, chargoal grill outside. Good supermarket within 3 km. Nice garden. Pool is small but enough for kids.
Negative: Beach by the lake is not of high quality but water is clean.
