Terraced house on 2 levels with 3 parking spaces, sunny and peaceful garden at the entrance of the first level which leads to a small entrance patio.
The living room with kitchenette and washing machine, sofa bed, satellite TV, overlooks a balcony overlooking the greenery, and the sea of Santa Margherita di Pula, for lunch or breakfast enjoying a splendid panorama.
The double bedroom furnished with wardrobe and chest of drawers, bathroom with shower.
On the lower floor there is another living room with 2 sofa beds, a table and a pellet stove for the winter, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Outside a quiet courtyard surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, equipped with barbecue and the possibility to dine after the sea bringing to the table a barbecue of meat and vegetables, or excellent local fish.
The house is a few minutes from the best beaches of Sardinia, from Nora to Santa Margherita di Pula, passing through the Forte Village resort, up to the most renowned beaches of Chia, Tuerredda, and it is also possible to reach the coast of Teulada and Sulcis Iglesiente.

Summary: We just spent 2 weeks at the house, and felt completely at home. Eden Rock is a quiet residential village, with no traffic (barrier at the entrance). Supermarkets are located in Pula, and the more local stores are closed outside the season. The house has a view of the sea from the terrace, and is exactly as described: clean, and equipped with everything needed. We used the pellet stove on 2 days (it rained a lot), but for the summer there is an outdoor grill. Alberto is a friendly and accommodating host, and was helpful throughout - from booking, to postponing and with help and tips upon arrival. Communication in English was absolutely no problem. His friendly parents were at the house when we arrived, and handed us the keys and explained where things are/how things work - unfortunately only in Italian - but we understood each other nonetheless. Thank you Family Collu! I can definitely recommend the house for anybody planning touring the region - especially the very scenic coastal road.

Summary: The house was just as described, very spacious and well equipped. We were warmly welcomed and Alberto and his parents were very helpful. The communication was perfect and we didn’t miss a thing so we would highly recommend the house and would like to come back soon. Thank you again for the nice holiday!

Summary: My wife Geraldine and I stayed for 11 nights in late June/early July 2018. The property is very well located for the fantastic local beaches. The views from the verandah are amazing. We just loved the arid Mediterranean vegetation, the pine trees on the hills in the distance and the sea views. Although in a gated community the housing density is very low and you can see very few other houses from the property. The house has everything you need including beach equipment. The good quality parasol and beach chairs were very useful. I would not recommend going to the beach without a parasol! We hardly saw a cloud in our 11 day stay. Beach towels were also available at no additional charge (something we are not used to). Although there is no air conditioning it is not needed as there there was always a good sea breeze and the house layout provided cross ventilation. We particularly liked being able to communicate with Alberto during our holiday. We went on long hikes following Albertos recommendation. There is an expression " Only mad dogs and Englishmen go out in the midday sun!" Well we were those English people ! We did enjoy going on lovely refreshing swims at the remote beaches we found on our walks before returning to Eden Rock. We also enjoyed meeting Alberto's parents at the beginning and the end of the holiday. Thank you Mario and Marissa for your warmth and for providing much more than just the basic foodstuffs which we really appreciated (including the mrytle liquer). Visits to Cagliari and Pula are also highly recommended. The house is located in a very special area of Sardinia and we shall be back !!
