Positive: Wonderful room, very hospitable staff. It looked exactly like it did in the photos. There was also a view of the mountains from the bedroom. A quiet place. Close to the hiking trail to Nosal. There was also an excellent restaurant nearby with fantastic food and atmosphere at a reasonable price. The hotel breakfast was very good, with a wide selection, fresh and tasty salads, and even cheesecake for breakfast!

Positive: We were so happy with everything regarding this property. The staff were amazing, the rooms were clean, modern and very comfortable. It was close to the cable car, shops and restaurants. The included breakfast was so good
Negative: The building didn't have much soundproofing and we could hear people coming and going and in their rooms. We did wear earplugs the second night and no issues

Positive: Very nice staff, good location, nice room (although the economic ones are very small), very good breakfast, easy check in. I stayed several times and always come back
Negative: Very clean, but the room is not done every day (staff provides fresh towels if you ask). Breakfast is very good, but lacks options for vegan people

Positive: The property was clean, fresh and staff was super nice and responsive. They made sure I can have breakfast earlier each day as I was going for early hikes. I cannot recommend the place enough, thank you! Definitely will be coming back.

Positive: Everything was great! The two balconies offered an amazing view. Although the breakfast space was small and didn't have as many options as you might expect in larger hotels, it was cozy and had a lovely family atmosphere. The room was super clean and bright. Plus, there were plenty of options nearby for hiking, and the town center was reachable within a 25-minute walk.
Negative: Almost nothing to add, maybe a lock for the bathroom door would be a good addition.
