On the ground floor: you will find first the large living room with opened doors to the terrace. The living room has a subtle Art Deco inspiration, very colorful with a modern touch surrounded by sunlight.
On the way to the kitchen, there is a little office/TV room (with cable). The kitchen is fully equipped, with a kitchen island and a dining table – perfect from getting together in the kitchen from breakfast to dinner. There are two dishwashers, two ovens, refrigerator and freezer with ice machine.
There is just next to the kitchen a laundry room with a washing machine tumble-dryer, an iron and iron board.
On the upper floor of the villa are 3 bedrooms, well separated from the social areas downstairs. Upstairs, there are 3 bathrooms with shower. 2 bedrooms are on suite and the one with the office space as the bathroom across the corridor. The main bedroom as a balcony with stunning views on Palma Bay. The two other bedrooms share a terrace that has a little table for relaxing moments. All the bedrooms have AC.
Pool house:
Just next to the pool we find the guesthouse. There is a large room, with a desk, small kitchen, full shower bathroom and sofa with views to the pool so guests can stay comfortable during their visit.
Outside:
You will find many outdoor spots, tables, and chairs to enjoy your time at the house. There are water fountains within the garden. You will experience peaceful moments within this urban jungle of olive trees, herb garden, Jasmin, bougainvillea, and tranquility. Next to the pool is an outdoor shower and sun loungers for 8 people.

Summary: We completely fell in love with this place! From the uphill location you have a beautiful view which we enjoyed every morning when having coffee outside! The villa is located very close to the centre of Palma, so with a rental car no problem at all going to the city or discovering the area. But still it is very quiet and not to much noise around. We got lots of suggestions from the team which were really helpful as well. For us the close distance to the golf club was a big plus! Highly recommend it!

Summary: We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids and couldn't have asked for a better stay in Mallorca. The villa is beautiful and serene, sophisticated luxury. It’s nestled into the hillside with fabulous views over the Bay of Palma which is just a short drive away. There are several beautiful terraces, perfect for eating breakfast, lunch or dinner together, having a glass of wine or watching the sunset. The villa itself is of highest standard, with spacious rooms and en-suite facilities for each bedroom. We loved the modern, spacious and very well equipped kitchen. The setting of the house is also spectacular – the walled driveway, designed garden and stunning swimming pool. A few minutes walk from restaurants in Genova, a short drive from Palma city, golf courses, tennis for us and our children, Portals Nous, Bendinat and the sea. In short, the villa is amazing (views, quality of finish, space, facilities) and the attention to detail is absolutely first class.
