Positive: Late arrival around midnight was not an issue at all, as the owner proactively wrote messages to explain how to use and where to find the key box.
Negative: It would be nice if the owner places a room or vacuum cleaner in the facility. After a week of living, that would be very beneficial.
Summary: Awesome Sea views, very private location, and a remarkably clean house
