Positive: It is an old house but it was completely renovated recently. Everything inside the house is new and perfectly clean. The furniture is nice and beds are comfortable and you have all the amenities you need. They cleaned the house every second day, changed the towels and regularly asked us if we needed anything.

Negative: Water pressure is realy bad. You can not use both bathrooms at the same time or kitchen sink and the bathroom at the same time. Parking is realy bad. The house is located in a narrow blind street, house owner has two cars and lives next door. We constatly had to repark our cars so he could park his own and it was a everyday problem. Even though the house is located in a small village, motorbikes and scouters were driving right outside our window every night, so we couldn’t sleep.

Summary: All in all house is nice, hygiene is perfect and the owner was an ok guy, we had a nice stay.

Positive: Very new and clean! Great facilities and location - just a few steps from the main street of Panagia. Nice front terrace, kitchen and living room. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful any time we needed anything. 10/10!

Positive: Very clean, modern accommodations. Giannis was very nice. Parking was a huge plus, but you had better be comfortable maneuvering a vehicle in tight spaces. Would be a very comfortable space for a family of four with two queen-sized beds and two full bathrooms.

Negative: A little challenging to find the exact location based on Google maps but not too hard. Also, not sure how easy it would have been to collect the keys if I didn't speak Greek or English. Also, I had to be able to call the phone number on the sign at the front door (Giannis' personal mobile or home phone) as the number provided by Booking was not answered. Lastly, I rented in early November - the village was very quiet with very few shops (no restaurants) open and the space only has heat upstairs.

Positive: Our villa was ideally located in the heart of Panagia. Buses were available to go to Golden Beach or further on around the island. Grocery, bakery shops nearby as well as restaurants & tavernas. Also close to high quality shops of locally made produce, art, pottery, jewellery. We absolutely loved both the village, the people & the villa

Summary: A delightful villa in a very pretty village. We wish we could have stayed longer
