Positive: This villa is exceptional!.. Beautifully decorated, heated super clean pool that we didn't want to get out of!. State of the art luxury bathrooms in every bedroom, with air conditioning controls in every room. Our boys loved the outside table tennis! and bikes to use... Grounds are really impressive. and we enjoyed sitting out at night with all the pretty garden lights. Fantastic facilities in the kitchen! induction hob and coffee machine!. Great WiFi connection and Netflix etc.. on TV for the boys.. comfortable sunbeds- felt very luxurious ! need a car really short trip to local shop or bigger supermarket short drive away. Really lovely hosts, who obviously take great care with this villa- cannot recommend enough!!!

Positive: The Villa is amazing, very clean and has everything you need. The pool is wonderful. Great air con! I would recommend hiring a car but most things are just a short drive away and Ubers are good. The host was fantastic and very welcoming and helped us organise a hire car. We had a wonderful week as a family of 4. I cannot recommend this Villa highly enough!

Positive: Great location, Zadar is just 15 min. away to drive by car. Swimming pool always clean and warm, really great size to swim and have good fun with family. Beautiful house inside and outside, well maintained, very clean and relaxing place.There is everything what you need to feel like home. And the owner Angie of the house is lovely and very nice helpful person, make us feel very welcome. We highly recommend Villa Orkula.

Positive: This was one of the greatest houses we booked so far in croatia. The owners where very kind and welcoming and took care about any question we had. In addition to that they where available 24/7 if needed. The heated pool is a highlight by its own and everything was very very clean. If you like to go out for dinner Sukosan is only a 3-5 minutes drive away. For bad weather you have a realy big TV with Netflix and Prime accounts if you like :) The only complaint we had was that we couldn´t stay longer :)
