Positive: The hotel was excellent—modern, clean, and with very friendly staff. The breakfasts were outstanding, and we even received a goody bag since we had to leave very early for the airport. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
Negative: You have to walk down the street around 15min to get to the beach.

Negative: Overall everything good,  beautiful location. However, it should be noted that the villa is about a 20-minute walk from the village, and the road is very narrow and not illuminated at night. If you don’t have a car, I would recommend avoiding this place. Unfortunately, I must point out the uncooperative attitude of the lady who manages the house. Two incidents occurred that really left me speechless, especially considering that I paid €660 for 4 nights. Although it is stated in the brochure that the hotel offers a paid taxi service, one evening I asked the lady to arrange a taxi for the following night — both to go down to the village for dinner and to return to the villa. I requested this service 24 hours in advance and was reassured that it would be arranged. However, when it was time for the transfer, the taxi was not there, and I was told that she didn’t know who to call. The only solution she offered was a ride for 20 USD per trip for a 2-minute ride (1.5 km). I mentioned that this price seemed unreasonable, but she said that regular taxis do not exist. This was not true, as taxis do exist. In fact, we walked to the village, and after dinner we asked a waitress if it was possible to get a taxi. She told us that taxis are usually parked in front of the main restaurant in the village. We went there and found a taxi that took us back for 8 USD (not 20!). For the rest of our stay, we had to arrange everything ourselves. The second unpleasant episode happened the evening before our departure, when we asked the lady managing the house if breakfast could be ready at 7:45 am (breakfast officially starts at 7:30 am). The first response i received was that there are guests who always arrive at 7:30 and that they had priority (????). I had to argue, and eventually we received breakfast at 7:45. What I find disappointing is that for two very simple requests, I had to argue for half an hour, and in the case of the taxi, I had to handle everything myself.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality, thanks to our host, the wonderful Maude. Although she’s not the owner, she truly embodies the heart and soul of this establishment. Maude's kindness and vibrant personality made our stay truly unforgettable. Her breakfast is nothing short of delicious; each morning was a delight, with a variety of fresh options that energized us for the day ahead. More than just a host, Maude is a genuine sunshine, always ready with a smile and an eager willingness to help. She also recommended the Creole Infusion dinner delivery service from world-class Chef Nelson, who prepared the most delicious creole meals. We simply placed an order, and our dinners were delivered right to the villa, making our evenings exceptionally delightful and hassle-free. Maude’s professionalism and care for her guests stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and catered to during our stay. The joy she radiates is contagious, creating an atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Without her, our experience would not have been the same. If you’re looking for a memorable stay in Mahé, we highly recommend the Villa Panoramic Seaview. Maude's exceptional service alone is reason enough to book a visit!
