Negative: Could have used an extra pillow and in fairness I was told to ask if I needed one but it was late when I settled down

Positive: Everything was great, it's a lovely hotel with nice rooms and a balcony in a quiet yet central location, beds were comfortable, the staff was very friendly and efficient, breakfast was delicious with really fresh products and restaurant was also very tasty and good value for money.

Positive: Hotel was very clean, room and bed were comfortable.

Negative: No tea or coffee making facility in the room didn’t bother me much as I drink little of either but I would imagine many people, my wife being one, would not have appreciated this if she was with me. Also shower head was a bit floppy.
