Positive: We have stayed in many different hotels and apartments in our overseas travels, and this was without a doubt one of our better lodgings. Our hostess was friendly and communicative, as well as being thoughtful and generous. We were welcomed with bottles of water with which to refresh ourselves, and an ample supply of toiletries for a different kind of refreshing ourselves! The full kitchen (refrigerator, stovetop, oven, dishwasher) was well-stocked with dishes and pots & pans, so we were able to make a few meals for ourselves. We didn't see a microwave, but there was a very convenient washer/dryer with washing soap also available. The large kitchen table seats six, but there is no real living room to speak of ... although that wasn't a problem for us, since we were on the go most of the time. There was also a half bath downstairs, and a large storage area under the stairs, which would be perfect for bicycles if you had them (we didn't.) The bedrooms were all upstairs, with the main bedroom housing a comfortable queen bed and large clothes cabinet. The second bedroom had two twin beds with a chest of drawers, and another queen bed through an alcove; this room also enjoyed views from its large private balcony. The bathroom was well-stocked with little bottles of shampoo and conditioner, which was a very nice touch. The lighted cabinet held all of our personal supplies, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Did I mention the very convenient location? We were within easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants, as well as driving time to area attractions, like all those castles! We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!
Negative: Walking up the stairs with my suitcase, LOL!! Also, I wish I could share more photos!!

Positive: Hosts were lovely and communication before and during stay was brilliant Spotlessly clean Kitchen well equipped - even provided coffee pods Off street parking
Negative: Could have done with a sofa as nowhere comfortable to sit - lounge has been converted to a bedroom Really needs some darker curtains or black out blinds as we found it hard to sleep Some little touches like bed side lights and somewhere to hang clothes up in bedrooms would make it more comfortable

Positive: Spacious and a good facilities.
Negative: Location a bit out of the centre of town. Not much of a view. I think the host could provide milk and perhaps a biscuit for arriving guests and even collect us from the station. Overall the property was quite expensive for a two day stay.
Summary: Enjoyable and Garmisch is worth a visit.

Positive: The lady host is very kind. The size of the apartment is big. It is very clean and have everything.
Negative: There is no mesh in the windows to prevent mosquitoes and insects. The curtains doesn't have black out sheet to prevent sun light while sleeping after sun rise.
