Positive: Great location, great pool. Loved that all the bedrooms were ensuite. Villa was comfortable. The water cooler was a bonus. Villa was walking distance to restaurants.
Negative: Shower curtains! They got in the way and would stop water draining away. Wifi did not work upstairs.

Positive: I was particularly impressed with Villa Penelope because it offered exceptional intimacy and privacy. The large private pool was a major highlight of the place. The house is very spacious, with three independent bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with a shower. The property is surrounded by beautiful greenery and flowers. It’s close to the center and Ayia Napa. Nearby are Turtle Bay and Fig Tree Bay—places tourists often book excursions to visit, while we had them right at our fingertips. We will definitely return to Cyprus, perhaps even to Villa Penelope again.

Positive: Pool was great nice and big. The location was handy as well not a long walk from town. The villa itself was nice and spacious.
Summary: Relaxing would definitely stay here again. Family of cats living close by got a visit most nights.

Positive: Outside area was huge, very pretty and had everything we needed. Pool a great size and able to easily walk into town, shop or sea. Car is useful to get to supermarket
Negative: Bathrooms are dated with main shower overflowing due to long shower curtain. However, not a deal breaker. Property fantastic for price

Positive: Very nice villa. Excellent location to the beach about 350 meters. Clean neat house, with all amenities, dishes, appliances. Clean excellent pool. Lots of flowers, which is very nice. The house has a great spacious hall. Three bedrooms, each bedroom has a separate bathroom. Very quiet place for family vacation. In general, everything was there for a great time. Sergey.

Positive: The location was absolutely perfect, all the appliances were working. Pool was a really good size too.
Negative: It would have been nice if having booked for 10 days it would include a complimentary clean half way through. I would have really liked that especially with a change of bedding and towels.

Positive: Very nice villa for a quiet vacation. There is a complete oasis in the yard, a lot of very beautiful flowers. The location is also great, close to the beaches and shops. 15 minutes walk from the centre of Protaras. There are also bus stops nearby, from where we went to Ayia Napa almost every day. The kitchen was fully equipped. As for the rooms, every room had its own bathroom, which is quite good for a large family. The rooms were also equipped with extra blankets in case of cold weather. The house has a pretty good owner. Kind and quite hospitable. We had a great time and we will definitely visit Penelope Villa in the next trip.
Negative: Regarding the pool, I will add that there is artificial green grass around it. It was quite dusty, they cleaned the pool almost every three days, but in the pool, there was still dust, we think it was the fault of this green artificial grass. It would be good if they think of something else instead of this green cover.
