A cosy outdoor barbecue area with a kitchenette, snooker table and also a hydromassage bathtub.

House Rules:
-The interior of the villa is a NO SMOKING zone, it is permitted to smoke in the open air spaces with ashtrays found in the exterior space of the villa.
-In the villa we encourage the use of recycling bins and also the common rubbish, there are big bins which are provided found at the back exterior part of the villa.
-The use of the swimming pool by minores, have to be supervised by adults, we do not hold any responsibility for any possible accidents.
-We ask guests to use and clean all the utensils so that we may be able to offer all the best conditions for all guests and future guests.
-The use of the bathrooms should be done responsibly, we ask guests to not flush tampons/pads/baby wipes and/or any other materials that can cause damage or blockage.
-Turn off any lights that are not being used.
-It is forbidden to have more guests than previously arranged in the booking, it is a infraction of our conditions and guests can be penalised and/or asked to leave the villa. If there os a change of plans we please ask guests to contact us and we can always arrange something.
-If guests brake these rules we hold the right to ask guests to leave and/or charge additional costs for damages whether they be material or not.
