Summary: Had a fantastic vacation in David and Valeries wonderful home. We loved the house, the beautiful city of Cairanne and the fantastic area surrounding it. Also so lucky to stay there during the local wine-festival in Cairanne. Hope to come back.

Summary: We have just spent two weeks at this great property and didn’t want to go home! This house has everything you need, from a wonderful big pool, to a washer/dryer, loads of space and a huge garden. At first we were a bit surprised that the house didn’t have airconditioning as was stated by VRBO, but we quickly learned that it has some clever climate controle that keeps the temperature at an even 23/24, and if you keep the blinds down, the temperature inside is perfect to the hot temperatures outside! There are 4 spacious bedrooms and one en-suite bathroom and a separate one. Personally, we found it a bit inconvenient that the showers did’t have hooks to place them up high, so you can stand under the stream of water., but you had to handheld them. The kids were crazy about the big pool and we had plenty of space to sunbathe. In the huge garden you also find a great gas grill, which we have made good use of! The house is fitted with an alarm code, has a fenced garden, and lies in a quiet neighbourhood in the outskirts of small town Cairanne and a few shops are in the town centre. For the nearest bigger supermarket you go to the next towns (less than a 10 minute drive). Loads of things to see in the Vaucluse, Drôme or Ardèche!
