7 Bedroom Villa in La Croix des Gardes, Cannes

This old farmhouse in 1000m² of grounds, was renovated and extended in the 90s. The owner has taken great care to restore the house with taste and has preserved it's charm and authenticity whilst integrating all modern facilities.
The property is gated, fenced and entirely private.
The private pool (10m X 5m) is surrounded by a colourful garden and the grapevine covering the pergola provides shade from the sun. There is ample seating and sunbeds around the pool..
The covered terrace provides a great place for outdoor dining with BBQ and seating .
Just off the pool area, is the snooker room and gymnasium with four types of training apparatus and shower. Downstairs there is a family room with sofa beds for 4 guets, shower and WC.
In the main house, the living area is very spacious (65m²) and consists of TV area, dining room with seating for 20 guests, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area.
There are 6 bedrooms, all with plenty of cupboard space. 6 bathrooms and toilets. 1 bathroom has bath and the 5 others are shower rooms.
Of the 6 bedrooms, one has a 200cm bed, the second a 140 cm and the others all have twin beds. In the most spacious of the bedrooms there are four additional single beds and a cot for baby with plenty of extra space to add beds if necessary.There is also an additional family room with 3 sofa beds, shower and WC. We can accomodate between 18 and 20 guests. Baby equipment is available on request.
Private garage + parking for 2 cars and extra free parking on the road.
Linen is not provided but can be arranged on request

Summary: Helpful correspondence with Sally before the trip. The house is stunning. Huge amount of space inside and out. Clean and the beds were really comfortable. The tables and chairs were great for a large group of friends to spend time over meals. Check in and out very easy. (thank you Sally & Chantelle) It is a perfect house for large groups of friends/family. Fully equipped with everything you need for self catering. Close to town and the beach. We all loved our stay here and would love to come back.

Summary: The kitchen was well equipped, another dishwasher would be beneficial for a house that accommodates 20 people. There is a washer but no dryer or rack system to dry the laundry outside. The pool table is unusable. We also had construction noise in the neighbors house everyday of our stay. The house is spacious, and the numbers of beds and bathrooms sufficient. The garden offers shed and green privacy, the pool is clean and well maintained

Summary: The property was exactly as described, well situated, with local amenities abound, and in close proximity to the city centre. It was more than ideal for our event. We had planned for an outdoor dinner party to celebrate my birthday, however the weather condition was not favorable on the day, so we had to make last minute changes to have the party indoors and there was adequate space to accommodate a party guest of 25 people. This was highly appreciate and turned out to be a better setup than the original plan. The highly professional Host was also on hand to assist with troubleshooting an electrical problem that ensued due to the bad weather. I definitely recommend this property. It is ideal for private parties.

Summary: This property was perfect for us. Quiet and away from town but only 1.2miles walk to la croisette and 500mts to beach. Local deliveries for food, brilliant amenities including a great kitchen. I couldn’t rate it any higher.
