Positive: Beautiful modern property with really friendly and accommodating hosts. Language barrier was a little difficult but we made it work with google translate. They cooked delicious breakfast and the dinner menu was also good. Bed was really comfortable. Really good location in terms of accessing some of the major hikes. Great view of the valley and a really cute and funny dog.

Negative: Just a warning that the road to get to the property is unsealed. We had a small rental car which was completely fine to drive on the unsealed road.

Summary: Comfortable and modern guest house with super friendly hosts.

Positive: Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was very clean, well-maintained, and spacious — plenty of room to feel comfortable. The hosts Luigji and Kristina are very, very warm and welcoming — true locals who have returned to develop and care for their land with love and dedication. The food was excellent; breakfast was rich and delicious, and the dinner offered tasty, regional dishes. The accommodation itself was beautiful, large, and spotless, located right in the middle of nature — very peaceful and relaxing. And of course, their dog Bella was so sweet! Truly the best place to stay — everything was just perfect! Thank you from our heart Luigj and Kristina 🙏☀️♥️ We will definitely come back and can warmly recommend your place.

Negative: While we thoroughly enjoyed our time, there are a few things that could enhance the experience even further: - The rooms lacked a kettle, which would be a nice addition for making tea or coffee. - In the showers, there was no shelf or holder for soap and shampoo, which made things a bit inconvenient. - From a safety perspective, the villa entrance and garden area would benefit from handrails along the stairs.

Positive: Located in great location , 10min drive from Thete center. The rooms are big and clean , and comfortable!! Breakfast is great - mix if good food with amazing view !!

Negative: You can hear from your room all the surrounding rooms /talks !! beware :) It is a bit hard to locate - would be great to add signs to help navigation.

Positive: Beautiful location, the hosts were very kind, didn’t speak English well but a staff member was there to translate. The room was clean and with a nice view. Food at accomodation was a bit pricey but understandable because the meat was local and it tasted amazing! Road to the property was a bit rocky but with a bigger car it was doable.

Negative: The communication was tricky especially about dinner time but we managed. Everything else was perfect!

Positive: The location of the hotel is beautiful and very peaceful because it is located outside the city center, higher up on the mountain. The view was stunning. Overal our experience was really good; nice breakfast, great hosts who were very welcoming, and the hotel (including bedroom) was exceptionally clean.
