Positive: Staff were absolutely perfect! They were extremely friendly, accomodating, efficient and went way beyond what I was expecting from the amount of money spent.

Negative: The location was a bit far from the fun stuff and the road leading to the "front gate" actually made me turn around because I felt I had taken a wrong turn and was going to wind up in a dangerous place. But don't be fooled. What's waiting at the end of that road is well worth it.

Positive: The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. The grounds and pool are lovely features and the villa is well cared for. The chef described his menu then made Tiramisu at our table for desert.

Negative: Extra pillows would be good in the rooms. Also a light lunch menu such as the choice of a panini or sandwich, would have meant we didn't need to leave the villa.
