Summary: Initial thought was a bit worrisome bc the hotel was on the edge of the lake. Worried I couldn’t find parking, no sidewalks, worried we could not get to town. However, staff was so kind and gave us maps, directions, and step by step directions on how to navigate around town. Actually quite easy! Love the view of the lake from our balcony, breakfast was amazing, room so clean and everything felt so safe. Thank you to the staff for your service!

Summary: I never write reviews but the staff was so amazing and helpful from the moment we walked in to our check out that I just had to write this review. I got my check out time confused and they were so nice about it, didn’t give me a hard time. They were even worry about us having breakfast or eating something before check out, the place is very clean and nice I would definitely return here if I come back to Italy. 10/10

Summary: Wonderful place right on the water, separate from all the tourists and center of town but an easy walk and Varenna is less than 4 minutes away. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was amazing. It was a fantastic stay

Summary: Fantastic stay. The view was gorgeous and the staff was so kind. Definitely recommend as it is away from the crowd. The ferries are plentiful if you make sure to time your day well and it’s not too far from the train station. Would highly recommend!

They even picked us up from the train station, which made us feel like VIPs upon arrival. And let’s not forget the light snacks that accompanied our check-in. Who knew “snacks” could be so elegant?
