The villa 'Raisiniers' is a delightful villa located on Flamands beach. This is the largest and the best beach of the island. This beach has a few beach front restaurants.
In front of the villa there is a tropical garden and now 'a pool' too, with coconuts has a wicket (gate) which gives access to the white sandy beach.
The villa is well ventilated and very private.

Summary: We loved Raisiniers and enjoyed speaking with Christian. Our trip was fantastic and the villa, pool, deck and beach were all incredible. We practically had the beach to ourselves. What we discovered toward the end of our week is that $100 lunches and $200 dinners everyday aren't necessary. The Petite bakery had incredible sandwiches for 5 euros along with awesome pizzas and other treats. The fish market had incredible mahi and snapper that was easily grilled at the villa and the groceries were very affordable. Of course La Langouste, Cheval, Eden Rock and the like were great but the perfect cap to our week was delicious delivery sushi on the deck overlooking the water and the mountains. Wish we would have know about them earlier but no regrets whatsoever. We cannot wait to return.

Summary: We have been visiting Villa les Raisiniers for twenty years and have never been disappointed. Christian and Marie-Rose are gracious hosts and provide a wonderful private getaway on the beach. Once there one does not feel the need to leave, though it is fun to explore other beaches and restaurants. Once you have stayed there, you will want to return!

Summary: My twin sister and I were turning 70 and wanted a great escape. We found it at Villa Raisiniers! We couldn't have imagined a more perfect villa or a more gracious owner. The villa itself was immaculate and designed to maximize its location right on the beach. The large deck, with its pool, comfortable lounge chairs and cozy dining table, made us never want to leave the property! We both fell in love with the island and will definitely rent Villa Raisiniers again. The rest of our families will have to find another place. =)

Summary: This is a FANTASTIC villa! We decided to vacation this year in St. Barth's. My wife and I, and our two daughters. The island, the beach and the villa were wonderful. Mornings started by driving up the road about 5 minutes to a little bakery for pastries we took back home to eat on the table on the porch listening to and watching the waves. We walked on the beach each morning where we had the entire beach to ourselves. The girls played in the surf, loved the swimming pool and the trip was perfect. I highly recommend the hike to Colombier beach. You should rent a car and the smaller the better, we rented a Jeep Wrangler and it was a bit big for the roads. Christian and his wife Marie-Rose were the most welcoming hosts we could hope for, helpful and attentive at a moments notice. Christian met us at the port, took us on a small tour of the island and showed us where to go for supplies. The villa is fantastic and if you are lucky enough to book, you will have a fantastic trip! We can not wait to go back!

Summary: We decided to honeymoon at St. Barts and chose to stay at Villa Raisiniers for our first three nights there. The owner, Christian, met us at the port and led us up the winding St. Barts roads to the villa. Upon arriving at the villa, we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and fresh rose petals throughout the house. We could not have asked for a warmer welcome! The villa itself is fantastic. The recent renovation work Christian and his family did looks incredible. We could not have asked for a better place to stay, from the air conditioned bedrooms to the state-of-the-art kitchen out to the pool and deck. We spent each morning enjoying breakfast on the dining table on the deck listening to the waves - a perfect start to every day. The villa was spotless on our arrival, and Marie-Rose stopped over every day to tidy up; thank you! Villa Raisiniers is located directly on Flamands Beach. Walk out the back gate and your toes will be in the sand. It is a beautiful beach and when we were there (early June) we had it almost to ourselves. For a little more adventure, I recommend driving a little further down the road to the Colombier Beach trailhead - it's about a 30 minute hike to one of the most secluded beaches in the world. I have recommended Villa Raisiniers to all of my friends and family and cannot wait to be back! Thank you Christian and family!

Summary: This was our first trip to St Barths. Anniversary trip for husband and wife at the end of April 2013. The location is fantastic. The Villa is right on Flamands Beach but also very private since you are above the beach area slightly. The Villa was recently remodeled both inside and out with new kitchen and furnishings and outside a new pool. The rear of the Villa has a large deck with 4 very comfortable lounge chairs, a pool and a separate deck with a dining table with full ocean views. It was perfect for two and would work for four. We had breakfast looking at the ocean every morning. Enjoyed the pool and ocean during the day and loved hearing the ocean at night when we went to bed. Its very safe there. I would highly recommend the property it was exactly as advertised.

Summary: 2012 WAS MY FIRST STAY AT VILLA RAISINIERS ALTHOUGH I HAVE BEEN STAYING ON FLAMANDS BEACH FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS. SO FAR THIS IS HAS BEEN MY FAVORITE VILLA ON THE BEACH. I EXPECT TO RETURN SOON. THE VILLA HAS BEEN RENOVATED SINCE LAST YEAR WITH A NEW KITCHEN AND A NEW POOL. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO STAYING THERE AGAIN. THE OWNER IS VERY ACCOMODATING AND HELPFUL AND THE BEACH IS LOVELY WITH SOME EXCELLENT RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
