On the first floor we find 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and bathroom en suite in each, a living room, and an open kitchen with a terrace with a table for lunch and dinner outside with a ceiling fan and a kitchen
In the second apartment we find an air-conditioned dining room, a kitchen with a covered terrace with a ceiling fan, a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, and a third bedroom. with two single beds and bathroom en suite. From this floor we access a beautiful terrace.
In the third apartment we find a living-dining room with air conditioning, and an open kitchen with access to the terrace and barbecue area. A bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The villa has beautiful views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach, ceiling fans in almost all rooms, a washing machine per floor and free wifi.

With 220 m2 of housing, the entrance to the plot has a covered parking space. The rest of vehicles can be parked at the door of the house but on the street. Going down a short flight of stairs we access the first floor. The pool is on the middle floor of the villa and measures 8/4, it has built-in stairs to access its interior, it has an outdoor shower, a hammock area for sunbathing and a small bar counter to liven up the afternoons or nights in the pool area. The barbecue area is found on the third floor and has a table for several diners, and a gas barbecue with a small built-in bar counter.
