Summary: We had a lovely stay at Villa Rosa, which is a very large, comfortable villa with excellent views of the Riviera. The support team led by Ethel was extraordinary, with very helpful communication throughout. The grounds are not huge and over some of the area there was construction equipment, materials and temporary surfaces which suggested a number of projects were unfinished, which was not ideal. The garage was completely full and not accessible, the lift was out of order and there were no channels available on the TV. Access from the main roads is very steep and narrow; fortunately we had a 4-wheel drive vehicle. Walking to and from the village was quite a workout. In spite of these niggles, we had a lovely time with the family at Villa Rosa.

Summary: We spent two wonderful weeks in this beautiful villa. The location is great with fantastic views. Tourrettes sur loup is a beautiful, romantic medieval village with great restaurants, although table reservations are highly recommended in high season. For the best restaurants (e.g. Cing, Spelt, Clovis) better even a few weeks in advance. In 10 minutes by car you are in Vence, in 15 minutes in St.Paul de Vence and in 30 minutes in Grasse. Nice and Cannes are also easily accessible (depending on traffic between 30 minutes and 1 hour). Parking space reservations (Interparking) in advance are recommended. The villa itself is very large and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of infrastructure. In case of problems - which we didn't have ourselves - the friendly Jane, but also the owner herself, is always available. Regarding the access road, the last 100 meters are extremely steep. A four-wheel drive car is definitely an advantage. We all enjoyed the 14 days enormously and can fully recommend this beautiful villa.

Summary: Villa Rosa is a beautiful, spacious property set in a stunning location. It is extremely well equipped and the layout lends itself well to host a family group of varying ages. Jane the Property Manager was always available and couldn't have been more helpful. The villa is easy to get to being only half an hour from the airport and the nearby village of Tourrettes is delightful. We had a fabulous holiday and look forward to returning to Villa Rosa soon.

Summary: We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Rosa in Tourettes sur Loup from 13th through 20th May 2023. It is one of the most beautifully situated properties I've ever visited. The views are spectacular and you can see all the way from Cap Ferrat down over Nice & Antibes to the Esterel Mountains. The house has large, spacious, light filled rooms and is very comfortable. Each one faces the view! It has a beautiful , large swimming pool, with plenty of outside seating areas. Tourrettes sur Loup is a beautiful, small, medieval village with a grocery store, pharmacy and several absolutely fantastic restaurants, two with Michelin stars or mentions, which is extraordinary for such a small place! It is within very easy reach of Vence, St Paul de Vence, Antibes, Nice & Nice airport, but the house, on its beautiful hill is away from all the hustle and bustle of the coast and is wonderfully tranquil. It has a very well equipped kitchen and even includes an outside pizza oven! We couldn't have enjoyed it more and couldn't recommend it more highly. It's a wonderful place for a family holiday or even a romantic getaway. We can't wait to return as soon as possible.

Summary: We stayed 2 wks at the property. It was the perfect choice. The first week was dedicated to my kids and grandkids, they ranged from age 2 and half to 42 years old. Each enjoyed their stay and gave us A+ grade as feedback. The second week, it was the turn for our friends from home. All of them are seasoned travelers, age 54 to 66. They were very well impressed by the property as well as the usefulness of being close to the major sites at the French Riviera. As a bonus Tourrettes sur Loup is a gem. We strongly recommend to future travelers to try the restaurants in that town, specially Clovis and Speltz The only caveat that could be stated is that travelers should consider to rent a manual four well drive small svu to go back and forth from Villa Rosa.

Summary: 1) Pool deck led to multiple splinters in kids 2) sprayed the deck and kitchen each morning for the ant infestation 3)shutter in room went down automatically at 2:45 am for no reason every day However, overall beautiful property, very spacious,manager was excellent and did her best to address issues.

Summary: We had a wonderful time in Tourette’s sur Loop. The house was magnificent. The pool outstanding, but anyone thinking of renting, the view is spectacular!! You are perched on top of the mountain, with a 180 degree view from Antibes to Nice with the blue waters of the Med for background.

Summary: This property was beautiful, well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The bedrooms were tidy and spacious, the kitchen well-equipped and living areas beautifully decorated. The villa is only a 4 minute drive away from the village which was very handy, and our host was quick to respond and very helpful with any queries we had.

Summary: As a family of five we had a fantastic two weeks in Tourettes-sur-Loup. The house was better than we anticipated and the view is simply amazing - wonderful to wake up to and to sit outside at one of the many tables in the evening. Plenty of room and very well maintained inside and the heated pool with views of the Mediterranean was fantastic. The location was great as well - private and quiet but a short trip down to the village for shopping or dining, or a short drive to St. Paul. Strongly recommend the property and hope to return sometime soon.
