Summary: The room was terrible and need's renovation urgent. A Heating like in the 70th. The included breakfast is like in B&B Hotel, if the guest wants omlett must pay 9CHF. And in the room was a cockeroach which my dog tried to eat. The staff was OK. The fasade looks like the houses in communism. I would recomment this location with 6,0.

Summary: Great breakfast. Marcos in reception was exceptional, great customer service, nice person. Beautiful hotel, great location. I will come back again, my family loved it. Amazing views.

Summary: Amazing hotel room and vibes - just for dinner restaurant we waited long time on our second night . The first night on the December 24th was amazing great staff and very caring but the 25th the team was very unattended.

Summary: We were in Lugano for just one night for my partners birthday and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The staff were very kind and upgraded our room for the birthday celebration! We also were able to arrange a free shuttle to the train station when we left. Beautiful view from the room and other areas in the hotel. We didn’t get a chance to use them, but the wellness amenities seemed great as well. Would stay again!

Summary: Stayed for one week and enjoyed every minute of it. This beautiful property has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and effortless. The breakfast is one of the best I had in my travels , suitable for everyone! Location is a short drive to the lake and we surrounding attractions. Highly recommend!!!
