Positive: For a family group it met all our needs and the pool especially became a focal point. The rooms were comfortable and pleasant.
Negative: The air conditioning can be expensive in hot weather and probs my no affordable to use as much as one would wish. The initial allowance was used up in 36 hours. The Malta gash disposal is complex and some had to be left in the kitchen as there was not a timely collection. More info and bags would have been useful tailored to actual dates. The was a £50 loss in the paying and refunding of the deposit due to exchange rates. Think this should be part of the overall arrangement.
Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay. Cars were essential due to it being in a rural position.

Positive: The villa was just what we wanted. There were 8 of us which included 2 kids . Every thing you could possibly want. Would definitely go back . You need a car to get around . There is plenty of parking outside the property

Positive: Lovely villa, comfortably had 7 in with plenty of space. Lovely pool and garden area. €10 a day air con is plenty if you don’t leave it on all the time. We had a great time!
Negative: Only slight issue is if everyone is showering the water pressure to the top bedroom isn’t great, but it didn’t impact our holiday much

Positive: It actually looks better than the pictures. Very spacious, good bathrooms, nice pool and plenty of space in the back garden with umbrellas and large table.
Negative: Few of the bathroom towels didn’t smell fresh. The villa is located by quite busy countryside road might disturb light sleepers

Positive: The property is in a quiet rural residential area and has a nice backyard with pool, deck chairs, dining table and a grill. Owners are helpful and quick in responding to messages.
Negative: The building is quite dark, especially the ground floor. Kitchen equipment is old and and somewhat broken (washing machine, dishwasher, one stove plate wasn't working), thus doesn't clean/cook properly, kitchenware is worn out. We also saw several cockroaches moving around. Due to thick walls, wifi is working only inside the house (couldn't use it in the backyard). We have been travelling quite a lot and are usually staying in villas with group of families, but unfortunately for this property, the value for money for us was out of balance. Extra effort for keeping at least the kitchen equipment in order and working would make the experience better.

Positive: Villa Sky is a really lovely large villa, brilliant for our party of 8 (5 adults & 3 kids). We loved that each room had an en suite; all bedding and towels were provided and clean. The villa had lovely big tables in the kitchen and outside for eating together. The pool was great and very deep (albeit freezing when we visited :)) Wifi was free and worked quite well. Josette was very helpful and responsive with our queries while we were there and popped by to help us with the washing machine. The villa is on a small street with easy, free parking outside and we had distant sea views from a couple of the rooms at the front. The location itself feels quite remote/rural but it's easy get to the local beach, harbour and town. The airport is a really easy 10-15min drive. We visited during Easter and were able to watch the local parades in Zetjun which was a great experience.
Negative: Parts of the garden at the back were a little uncared for and could do with litter picking/tidying up. It appears on arrival that there are a lot of rules (signs all over the villa and books with dos/don'ts) which was a bit intimidating at first, but Josette was very helpful and we didn't run into any issues.
