Positive: I liked the park and the staff at the pub/main house were very friendly
Negative: Pool was very overcrowded. Property was not as spacious as it looked online. The pictures showed a day bed which was replaced by a small kitchen table. Also we , myself and four young boys were unceremonious ushered out before checkout and someone (not sure if they were a pair of cleaners or new guests or owners) arrived. We had little to no time to pack and my children were still wet from the pool. From from ideal on a cold December day. Many items like charges and leads were left behind as there was no time for me to properly pack and simultaneous dress my children with these people huffing over me even though it was still quite early in the morning

Negative: 6 of us and only 4 chairs around the table. Kitchen sink so blocked couldn’t wash up properly. Plug didn’t fit but didn’t matter as the water didn’t drain. Both showers ranged from scolding to freezing. Two heaters upstairs don’t work. No welcome book of dos and don’ts.

Positive: It was very clean, highly accessible and great location. It was very warm inside which was great for this time of year. There was a partial sea view which was a nice surprise. Great parking and pool. The owner was very easily reached.
Negative: The shower was very difficult to get a good temp, either really hot or really cold. Also if someone else used water whilst the shower was going the pressure reduced to a dribble. A drainer on the draining board would have been helpful, as would a welcome booklet advising us how to use things like the hot water.
Summary: Nice clean property with sea views. Would stay again

Positive: Use of the pool, pub literally across road, friendly, food good.
Negative: Sadly no beds had been changed since the last occupied, dirty sheets, towkes. Sendt photos to both mobile numbers for owner not heard a thing back! Had to go and buy sheets etc to put on. When we left, let them the dirty ones, place much smaller than the photos appear to make it look, maybe taken using panoramic photo, toilet upstairs could barely get to flush.

Negative: No internet, tv faulty kept going off, toilet broken , water not hot , drainage from shower poor, needs updating , not particularly clean, bins dirty just not looked after needs real attention not worth the money
