Negative: Charge for 2nd coffee at breakfast. But honestly in light of the amazing overwhelming good breakfast volume and quality wise, it is negligible.

Positive: We had an amazing stay! The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the facilities were clean, and very well maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our time here. The only small downside was that the hotel is a bit far from Berat’s main tourist attractions, so it takes a little longer to reach the historic center. However, if you have a car, this is hardly an issue. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Positive: A beautiful modern smaller family run hotel in a fantastic location, walking distance to the Old Town. The family running the hotel are so hospitable and went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay, even making a special effort for a birthday.

Positive: It is a family run central hotel. The owner was very welcoming. Wonderful garden surrounding the beautiful villa. Rooms were really clean and very nicely furnished. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was lovely as well. Would definitely recommend it and will surely return. Berat is an amazing town - a UNESCO heritage site.

Positive: The accommodations are spacious, fully equipped, and, above all, clean. The breakfast is exceptional (not only is it plentiful, but it’s also beautifully presented). The mattresses are comfortable. The air conditioning works. The guesthouse is located outside the historic center, but within walking distance. You can reach the historic streets in five minutes on foot. If you want to eat like a local (high-quality and affordable), you’ll be glad you’re staying right here. Everything is within easy reach (again, just a few minutes’ walk). I travel a lot, so I can objectively say that the absolute cherry on top is the guesthouse owner himself. His hospitality and kindness are truly touching. Take his advice if he recommends a restaurant or an outing. He doesn’t do it for personal gain, and his advice is spot-on. He’ll even drive you to the restaurant if your feet are sore from a full day of walking and exploring. I hope everyone who stays here enjoys their visit just as much as we did.
