J. 03, the BEAUTIFUL OVERLARGE, HEATABLE and ROMANTICALLY LIGHTED ECKPOOL and the cage covered, OVERLARGE DISCRETE POOL TERRACE with a DREAMLESS VIEW OF THE WIDE CHANNEL CROSSING came in 06, and just invite you to linger and relax. The villa is located right at the beginning of Cape Coral in one of the most central and beautiful areas of the peninsula, ABSOLUTELY QUIET AT THE END OF THE ROAD. The villa has EXCELLENT FACILITIES and a UNIQUE CHARM, only 4 minutes away from shopping centers, doctors, restaurants, Dunkin `Donuts, etc. Attention kids! INFORMATION FOR BOATERS: There is a private boat dock (9m x 2m) at the house with a fantastic view over the wide salt water canal and the canal crossing (corner Lotus and Nipperkanal) Path directly (without lock) to explore the beautiful beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island. Here you can not only moor with a rental boat, but also have breakfast, with a little luck you can fish a tasty fish (fishing available) or organize a private picnic whenever you want and enjoy the wonderful view. You practically sit "in the middle of the water" against a great backdrop. We are happy to help you arrange a motor boat.
HOME EQUIPMENT and PROF. HOUSE MANAGEMENT: When setting up and equipping the Villa Sunset Kiss, we consciously took care to furnish everything in the “Florida style”. Delicate, clear colors dominate the picture. The design of the rooms is light and friendly and conveys the feeling of life in the south. You will find our house name "Sunset Kiss" in many details in the house, after all, the spectacular, colorful sunsets are one of the most beautiful things that Florida has to offer.

EXTERIOR: You will quickly find that you will spend most of your time outside, not indoors. We have therefore placed great emphasis on the garden, the pool and the pool area. In the garden you will find beautiful palm trees, colorful strelizia hibiscus bushes and other plants.
The heated pool is large enough to let off steam in it (especially children will have fun). The entire pool area with open space and lanai (covered seating area) takes up the entire width of the house and is protected against mosquitoes and other bugs by a screen. So you can experience the warmth of Florida outside in the evening, grill real American steaks on the large gas grill, enjoy the atmosphere by the illuminated pool or simply look at the starry sky with a drink on the loungers.
On our new, 9 meter wide, private boat launch with stylish, large Adirondeckchairs you can enjoy the view of the wide canal crossing and catch the best pictures of turtles, poison green iguanas, flying fish and sunning anhingas and herons early in the morning.

Summary: Greatly enjoyed our stay in April. House was very clean and exactly as described. Great location. Very quiet neighborhood, Pleasant neighbors. Communication with owner was excellent. There was an unexpected problem with the air conditioning which can happen Once the owner was notified, it was repaired within hours. Could not ask for a better response time. It is obvious that the owner takes pride in maintaining the house and responding to any issue. Highly recommended.

Summary: This house was great for us. It’s a lovely, spacious home in a great setting, on a canal. The home decor is so appealing, and it is well appointed. The garden was so pretty. I could sit on the lanai and look at the flowers, trees, and water all day. So peaceful! The owner and house manager were very attentive with quick responses. They are easy to work with. We had a great vacation week here, and highly recommend Villa Sunset Kiss.

Summary: My brother and I stayed in a Cape Coral for a week and loved this house. The property was well maintained, inside and out, and everything was as it should be. We rented a boat and were able to get out of the channels and into the river in about a half hour to fourty minutes from here. No locks or anything. The pool and dock were great and we enjoyed wonderful sunsets every night from the lanai. It was so nice to sit by the pool that we never turned on a TV. . . just sat outside everynight and played cards. Do not hesitate when wondering about this home. . . just book it! The property manager was prompt and friendly!
