Negative: Zero sound isolation (and our neighbors were with six kids, needles to say we did not rest with walls being zero soundproof) hygiene wasn't great, they did try to fix this but still.. pretty old pillows were bumpy and uncomfortable.

Positive: The house looks idyllic and situated not far from the highway but on a very tranquil street. It looks cosy and friendly. Birds are singing, and there is plenty of place to park a car. The room was cosy and clean. It has a fast secured Internet connection. It is located very close to the lakes and offers bikes to those who would like to use them. Playground for kids is available. It is a nice place to be.

Negative: The shower drain was completely blocked and it was filling with water immediately. Water was dripping from the water heater over the toilet. The small fridge made constant roaring sound.
