An absolute luxury house in a top location with an unobstructed view of a nature reserve. Surrounded by an extensive palm garden. The fully air-conditioned villa is equipped with high quality furniture. The house can accommodate up to 4 people. = Children from 3 years = !!! - two master rooms with bath. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. From the dishwasher to the stove / oven to the fridge with freezer compartment, everything is included. Our pool has solar heating and elektric . There is additional heating in the winter months. T
Important: the grill must be handed over clean. If the renter does not do the cleaning, $50 will be charged and deducted from the security deposit.
The large, elegant covered terrace and the large pool invite you to relax.
Attention: Children from 3 years of age who cannot swim completely are only allowed to enter the pool with swimming aids = life jackets or safety swimming suits and under the supervision of a person.
Warning: The pool is 2m = 6,560 feet deep at the deepest point. Only people who can swim are allowed in this area. The owner of the house Glenn accepts no liability of any kind for the pool, the poll area, the house and its surroundings (= land).

Summary: This was our second visit to the home. The home was perfect again. (Our last stay was in 2021, we would have returned every year if the home was available). This home is located in a quiet, private part of LeHigh. There are neighbors on each side, they are screened by landscaping. A large pond provides privacy to the back. This is a great place to unwind, the neighborhood is semi-rural, perfect for walking with or without the dogs. Definitely a 5 star property. Linda is a great host. Everything was perfect. We would return again if the home is available.

Summary: Beautiful Grounds, House very Clean and Comfortable. The Pool was clean and Hot tub the same. All in all I think everyone had a good time. My daughter-in-laws family live in LeHigh so it was very convenient for them to come visit.

Summary: Down in Florida for a baseball trip with my father. This place was great, very clean and easy check in/out process. Definitely would stay here again in future if come to Fort Meyers area.

Summary: Thank you thank you thank you for sharing your beautiful home. The house was spotless and welcoming. We loved the pool very quite neighborhood we walked every morning. This was just what we needed to reenergize durning s could snowy MI winter.

Summary: I was fortunate to find this amazing home at the last minute when traveling to the Ft. Myers area for the holiday. Traveling with dogs can be a bit of a challenge in finding homes that are pet friendly, and I was excited to find this home that is very pet friendly with a very reasonable pet fee compared to other rentals. The location is a bit remote in traveling to Ft. Myers and the beaches, but we knew that when booking and actually grew to really appreciate it. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. It was exactly what my wife and I were looking for in getting away for a relaxing vacation with our dogs. The home is nicely set up for a couple or two couples/small family. The pool area is amazing and has one of the largest pool decks we have had when renting homes in Florida. We were able to enjoy countless hours soaking up the warm sun by the pool with the only noise an occasional plane flying overhead while approaching the nearby airport. Groceries and various restaurants were a bit of a drive, but we’ll worth it for the quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. Monika (the property manager) and Linda were great to work with and very responsive to any questions or issues that came up. We enjoyed our time so much, we have already booked a return trip for next year!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was very quiet. We were not on vacation but was in town to assist a loved one living in an assisted living facility. So coming back each day and having the pool and hot tub to relax in meant a lot to us. The house is beautiful and the preserve behind the house is a plus. Monika was very helpful and we appreciate that they came out and put air in the bike tires for us as the hand pump did not work. We enjoyed a bike ride around the neighborhood. In all it was a great relaxing week for us.
