Come on down the weather is great! Hurricane? What hurricane? Villa Sweet J is a luxury 4 bedroom villa in Little Bay Country Club, a gated, secure community of upscale homes. This is the only 4 bedroom home in LBCC that is for rent with true beach walk out. Directly next to the clubhouse and beautiful infinity pool. Walk off of our beach lounge/deck straight to either one. WIFI, 2 58" LED TV's, FULLY air conditioned, high end imported furnishings etc. An AMAZING home!!
Right on the beach, right next to the pool. A short taxi drive to Negril if you feel like getting out and about. Comfortable living room with custom, deep seating couches. Beautiful dining room table for 8. A reading and relaxing lounge area looking out over the beach. Gorgeous kitchen with plenty of room and everything that you would need including a dishwasher (very few rentals in Little Bay have one), huge french door fridge with tons of space, filtered water dispenser/ice maker, microwave, coffee maker and more. All mattresses are top of the line and imported from North America, top quality bedding and pillows. The beach deck has a lounge area as well as an 8 person dining table.
A great place to kick back and relax. Perfect for 2 families, extended families or 4 couples. Little Bay Country Club is a gated community of luxury homes and is very beautiful and peaceful. If you want to party or enjoy more action just head on in to Negril which is a short 10 minute taxi ride away. 7 Mile Beach, Rick's Cafe, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Bourbon Beach Bar (live music), Kenny's Italian, Kool Runnings waterpark and much more are a short drive away. Walk through the forest next door and end up on the incredible Bloody Bay beach. The beach at Little Bay Country Club is located within a protected fish sanctuary and the snorkelling is awesome. If you stay during the right time of year you may get to witness the hatching of baby sea turtles from the many nests on the beach and watch them make their way out to sea.
As mentioned the kitchen is lacking nothing. There are grocery stores a short drive away with a great selection of items that are priced similar to that of North America. Now here's where it gets good- you have the weekly option (small fee) of having the locally renowned Sher (also our house manager) cook your meals for you. She will take care of everything. Tell her what you want, she will get the groceries, prep and cook the meal as well as clean up! Essentially an all inclusive without the high price, crappy food and crowds.

Summary: The property is lovely and well cared for. Owners were communicative and the housekeeper was fantastic. (She can cook for you for a fee and we loved her food!) The beach was wonderful and literally steps from the back door. We had great snorkeling every morning. The only very slight down side is that the privacy comes at the cost of there not being much nearby. Negril is not very big, so you will need to drive or taxi (the recommended driver, Redz, was great for us and cheaper than renting a car!) to pretty much any restaurant or activity.

Summary: We absolutely Love Villa Sweet J! This was our second year in a row staying at the villa and we loved it just as much this time as we did last year. It is as beautiful and clean in person as it looks in the pictures. The location is ideal- right next to the pool and directly on the beach. As much as we love the villa, we equally love the experience. The owners are so nice, responsive and accommodating. The house manager, Selina, is simply awesome. On this visit we visited other townhouses and it made us appreciate Villa Sweet J even more. It is a beautiful villa in a beautiful community near one of the most beautifully beaches in the world. In the words of our teenager - it’s a 10 Out Of 10!

Summary: Villa Sweet J was perfect for our group of 4 friends. We loved Seline's cooking, Rashawn's driving services, access to the pool and private beach, and proximity to Seven Mile Beach and Negril night life spots. Highly recommend!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. The location was ideal for our family. Our four teenagers spent all week snorkeling in the bay that’s located right outside this home. We brought our own snorkels. Our wonderful cook, and housekeeper, Selina, was absolutely amazing. Most of our meals were prepared by Her. She is a darling women who is very kind and easy to talk to. The owners were great to work with and were prompt in responding to our messages. The house is a 20min drive from the grocery store. We stocked up on groceries on our way from the airport. Redz, the driver, was patient. He picked us up from the airport and stopped at the grocery store and waited on us while we shopped. The house is extremely clean, comfortable and up to date. I highly recommend staying here.
