Positive: The location could not be beat, away from the lively chaos and traffic sounds of Aswan. Magical setting on the Nile. The breakfast was FANTASTIC, fresh, delicious and plentiful- with crepes for dessert! Marwaan the manager took excellent care of us, arranging sunset cruise and island tour and ensuring we found our way safely to everywhere we traveled. Also the rooms are beautiful! Awesome linens and lovely shower- slept so soundly:) We sincerely hope to return!

Positive: Location & views are stunning and probably the best in Aswan. Service is very nice and friendly. Boat ride included for check-in and check-out was very nice and we really appreciated it. Breakfast was very good but not included (an extra 7€ per person, which is a bit disappointing considering the price of the room)

Negative: Our room was very small and located immediately at the entrance of the property, all the guests and staff had to walk in front of our room to get in or out, so it wasn’t very private. We didn’t have hot water to shower the two days we were here. WiFi was weak.

Positive: Amazing new guesthouse with a lovely owner and kind staff. The view from the rooftop is stunning. The breakfast was good and tasty 👍 We enjoyed our stay so much and wish to be back one day.

Positive: Everything was amazing about our stay. Our flight was late to Aswan but Mahmoud, our dear manager, arranged everything very professionally. Not only the airport transfer but all of the activities we have done, overday Abu Simbel, boat tours etc. All of them were very smooth. We felt at home, especially our room was one of the favorite parts of our trip and Villa Swenet will be our first choice whenever we come back to Aswan.
