Welcome to this spectacular house for 5 guests, with private pool and only 3.6 km from the beach in a quite peaceful area of Palma, the capital of the island.
This fabulous residential house offers a great private chlorine pool that sizes 7.5 x 4 metres and with a water depth ranging from 0.9 to 2 metres, so you can spend a nice time swimming despite being in town. You also have an exterior shower to wash off and then you can bask in the sun on the 3 sunloungers available. You can also enjoy a succulent meal alfresco at the terrace or the porch.
From the street level they access the main floor of the house. Here you have a spacious, air-conditioned living room where you can watch satellite TV or listen to music. Open to this space is the dining room, followed by the kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, everything you need for cooking, a table with chairs and access to the outside. Then there is a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Down some stairs (next to the entrance), you have the second bathroom of the house, with shower, and two other air-conditioned rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes. There is 1 cot and 1 high chair. The house has oil central heating. The laundry room offers washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The location of the house is the best. You'll be in the capital but in a quieter area than the town centre, being still near it. In addition, you'll have all services around, and you can go to places on foot, by bicicle, bus, or car, as you prefer. The best thing is that the nearest beach, Can Pere Antoni, is about 3.6 km away and the golf course of Son Muntaner about 3.9 km away.

Summary: [+]Location was great. Close to a supermarket, nice walk down to the marina and not too far from main collection of restaurants and cafes. Booking, check in and leaving were all really well communicated. Really clean property inside and out. Great for a family [-] The pool is not heated and too cold to use (we stayed end of Sept, temp ranged 25-29degrees and still too cold)

Summary: [+] Lovely villa. Really comfortable. Pool was great. The owner was really lovely and helpful. A note to future guests, when I was in correspondence with the company that oversees the booking, I asked if possible to have an earlier checkin, if not possible, could we leave our luggage, but they advised us this was not possible. However when we got the taxi from the airport, we went in past the villa, the owner was there and said it was not a problem at all to leave our luggage. [-] There were 5 of us, but only 4 sun loungers unfortunately and we liked to chill out by the pool! There is construction work going on in the area, so could be quite noisy during the week, but this clearly is not a fault with the property and can’t be helped.

Summary: The villa is fantastic and in a great location. The lovely owner was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us around the villa and gave us restaurant recommendations which was great. It is clean, well equipped and decorated in a traditional Spanish style. The supermarket is a 10 minute walk up the hill. The pool is well maintained and someone came to clean and check the pool during our stay. The two outside dining spaces were put to good use. Air conditioning was most appreciated! Highly recommended.
