Positive: Our stay at this beautiful estate was, overall, an experience to remember. As soon as you pass through the gate, you find yourself in an oasis of tranquility. The serene surroundings, with breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains and sounds of the birds, make it the perfect place to relax. The facilities in the garden & around the swimming pool were great. There were enough sun loungers and cosy spots to unwind. The gardener does a fantastic job maintaining the flowers, plants, and even the animals on the property. A particular compliment goes to Mina, the lady of the house, who made us every morning a Moroccan breakfast. Her hospitality truly shone when she made a cake to celebrate my pregnancy. Also when we asked (and payed of course) for lunch or diner she made it. Her care made our stay even more enjoyable. A tip for future visitors: there is no village within walking distance, so it’s advisable to arrange transport for groceries and other necessities.
Negative: There are also a few areas for improvement that could improve future visitings: - The beds were very hard; although we like firm mattresses, this was a bit too hard for a good night’s sleep. - The distance to the centre of Marrakech is approximately 45 minutes along bumpy roads, the journey took longer than we had in mind before arrival. - No rubbish bins in the rooms; there was only one bin in the kitchen, which was insufficient for six adults. - Additionally, there was no fence around the pool, which caused a bit of anxiety with children, especially as the pool is quite deep. - Lastly, although they couldn't help it, we were often awakened by the sound of the howling dogs at night. During the night there was more noise than during the day.
Summary: We highly recommend this estate to anyone seeking a quiet and beautiful location near Marrakech!

Positive: The house was fantastic, outside, inside, surrounding, fields, food, service everything. We are just amazed. My family will never forget this place. We agreed it was the best experience of morroco. We dod not like Marakesh. But we will always want to come back to this vila. I would like to stay here alone even. With a book and my meditations.. vila was just fantastic..

Positive: Our stay at Villa Tifira was absolutely amazing! The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The spacious rooms and incredibly comfortable beds made our stay extra enjoyable. A special thanks to our host, Saad, whose hospitality and thoughtful gestures truly made us feel at home. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect experience. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this villa for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Positive: The host was very responsive and extremely welcoming. We had a large bowl of fruit awaiting us in the fridge upon arrival. Any issues or questions we had, the host was quick to repsond and address. The villa is beautiful, I was surprised at the lack of reviews! Our children loved the outdoor space, which was well kept! Breakfast was great! Really good value for money - we rarely needed to eat lunch because there was so much. Staff were also attentive yet not invasive, which enabled us to enjoy as much privacy as possible during our stay. Our children loved the pool which was also well kept and clean. Make sure you bring adequate inflatables as it is quite deep. We used life jackets which meant the kids could jump in and out as they pleased without us worrying about them! This is also one of the first villas in Morocco we have stayed in that had full running hot and cold water throughout the day. Fresh fruit and mint grows on the property, and there is opportunity to see amazing nature. There were also several spots for chilling on the property which we especially loved! Especially the view of the stars from the roof!
Negative: The rooms all had air conditioning except for one. Aircon in all rooms would bring this property closer to five stars. One minor issue is the hot and cold on the taps is reversed, so be cautious of this before stepping into the shower as the hot can become scalding. The property does need some TLC with minor decorating repairs, but nothing major - it was a beautiful place. And lastly, this does not take away from the rating, but we felt a sign or two on appraoch to the villa would be helpful - just so you know you are heading in the right direction.
