Positive: The feelings are very positive: good location, near tram and S-Bahn Station. 40 minutes to the city center. clean and comfortable apartment. nice bathroom. very nice friendly owners. quiet place, garden view. So, we had great holidays.

Negative: There was no any information about deposit 100 Eur on booking.com before the apartment has booked, the time of deposit return (3 days after checkout) wasn't defined upfront. The were also many rules and instructions inside but it's not a big deal actually. There is no microwave in the kitchen (mentioned in description).
