Positive: Great location, quick walk in to the centre of Florence. Our deluxe suite was a perfect size and very clean. The staff were exceptional, so friendly and attentive. We will definitely stay here again.

Negative: vague instructions, paying for coming early (not for the room but just for being there), breakfast is presented as if included. its just quite expensive for the service level allthough the staff and owner are really kind.

Positive: Location! On-site Parking! Bathroom (marble!) was lovely and spacious Interesting old palace, felt more like in Florence than a hotel would feel

Positive: The property was in a residential good location and within walking distance to restaurants and places of interest
Negative: The front door access to get in the street location access was difficult at times and had to way 5-15 minutes for someone to answer the phone to open the larger steeet wooden doors this was in convenient- I ask for an early check in and the manager said sure we try to get you in before 12 - you can drop off your bags earlier . I waited 30 minutes to get inside the property and couldn’t check in to after 1:30 . . The staff was wonderful and like the facilities ni e rooms , breakfast and pool but the logistical items where not a good experience. I would struggle staying again because of this

Positive: Peaceful location but all major sites easily walkable. Staff absolutely delightful and very helpful. Swimming pool wonderful and a real treat to relax in after the heat of sightseeing. Roof terrace a great asset too.
Negative: Nothing. It is charming.
