Positive: Such a lovely owner of the property who was happy to tell us about all the artwork in the villa and assist us in any way. Very specious, can easily fit two families. Air conditioning was welcome during the heatwave we had.

Positive: The house is enormous and well decorated, it is exactly as seen in the photos! The pool is amazing and is lighted at night so we were enable to enjoy an evening swim after dinner! Good air conditioning around the house given how hot it was in August! The host was very welcoming and prepared a big and beautiful fruit bowl for us on arrival and gave us a tour around the house. We would recommend the villa for a family holiday as there are plenty of spaces for everyone!

Negative: One of the doors of the shower cabinet was missing so it was a bit difficult to shower in the second bathroom. There were quite a few mosquitos around but it couldn't be helped given we are in Majorca but the host has kindly bought some mosquito repellent for us when we spoke again on the second day when he came to see how we were getting on. Very considerate of him.

Positive: Juan is an excellent host. Great at communicating and always there for any queries you might have, flexible for check-in and checkout and really looks after the property and his guests. Couldn't recommend more.

Negative: Just a minor thing, maybe a change of towels in the middle of the week would have been great. The property comes with full laundry facilities including drier and soap washing products too!

Summary: Amazing place for a holiday in Mallorca to remember!

Positive: Very well equipped spacious villa located in a quiet small traditional town with easy proximity to everything Mallorca has to offer. The pool and pool house and bbq area is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself. Lloseta is easy proximity to Northern and East coast beaches, Palma and airport and a beautiful drive you can take over the Tramontana Mountains of Valldemossa, Deia and Port de Soller. Llosetta has plenty of stocked supermarkets and a few eateries and bars but many were closed this summer due to Covid . Nearby Inca reached in 5 minutes drive has everything you need. Port de Pollenca and Alcudia easily reached in 25 minutes on Mallorcas excellent roadways and worth a visit . Villa Tramontana has lots of traditional Spanish features, ample space, aircon . Juan is a very accommodating host who will look after all your needs.
