Positive: Well equipped. Excellent location. Host was exceptional and really accommodating.

Negative: The only issue was the firmness of the mattresses but the owner has ordered new ones for all the villas. He very kindly gave us a brand new one for my mum who is disabled. I did book the villa as it was advertised as accessible but the ground floor bathroom had an over bath shower which was problematic with her disability.

Summary: Absolutely loved our stay here at the villas and will definitely be looking to return next year.

Positive: Villa: we were family of four and it could have looked after 6 easily. Big bedrooms. All Ensuite. Good sized pool. Good location, quiet and needs a car. Latchi worth going to. Good kitchen. Amazing selection of TV channels. Lots of space. Would recommend.

Negative: Beds are a bit hard but I didn't mind. Pool table was broken which was a shame. We took our own bats and played a lot of fable tennis. Next to a farm so chicken, Cockerel and Peacock noises which might annoy some.

Positive: This is our second visit to tsikkos villas and, yet again, it didn't disappoint. Whilst some of the furnishings are a little tired, there is something very special about these villas. The location is simply incredible, the air con is excellent and the communication with Savvas (owner) was excellent. We can't wait to come back again!

Negative: Some features are a little tired.

Positive: It was big and the pool was fabulous

Negative: It was very tired looking and did not reflect the pictures shown. It was not cleaned very well and there was nothing left such as tablets for the dishwasher or cleaning products. We were only given 1 toilet roll per person. The cleaners did arrive after one week but did not change the bottom sheet on the beds or the bathrooms. There was a pile of rubbish/rubble left by the back gate that was there when arrived and still there when we left. The aircon is set at 26 and cannot be adjusted and is only available in the bedrooms. If you require aircon in the lounge it costs €10 per day. There is only one key to the property that also operates the electric. The furniture by the pool is old and some were broken.
