Summary: No AC, dim lights, some are not functioning, shower door does not fully close. Refrigerator does not cool down. Pillow is too thin, very uncomfortable mattress. Breakfast was good.

Summary: Stunning 16th century villa located in the hills woth a gorgeous view of Roma. Don't expect too much in the way of wifi ir cell coverage. I had no internet in my room for the 1st 2 days. Breakfast was shockingly bad. The hot food was always cold and they ran out of concentrate for the juice machine on my second day there. The service however was excellent. Francesco is a superb asset for the hotel and he was a genuinely nice person. My room was very basic, with no coffee making facilities or anything in there. The fridge in the room didnt keep anything cold, it just served as a place to store your dribks with a light. As much as i liked it there, i will not be returning, however beautiful it is.

Summary: Hardly any maintenance done. Quite out of dat and superior room is only about size, nit comfort. Two shower heads of which flexible one was not working, flush was random working, safe lock not working. Breakfast free but not really great on healthy options
