Positive: The property was well cared for and the garden is gorgeous. It's very clean inside and out. Andreas was very accommodating and gave me a great deal of information to make my stay interesting and use my time wisely. Good advice on restaurants etc. Efthimia was very knowledgeable about the property and showed her love and care about the surroundings. I loved every minute of my stay there. The views of the Aegean sea and the garden are mesmerizing.

Negative: Got to have your own transportation to visit points of interest, restaurants, cafes and such.

Positive: The view and location are great. Outdoor space lovely.

Negative: The listing is a bit misleading--it is called Villa, and is actually just a small 30 sq meter room with a double bed and a single bed with no partition. This is unclear in the photos, we though we were staying in a private place but the property has several small rooms/houses and one larger house. Perhaps it is our fault for not reading thoroughly, but it is also advertised as a villa. Also there was no hot water and very low water pressure both days we were there.

Summary: Beautiful location and view with several small houses, other guests, not a private villa.

Positive: Beautiful space, serene and private. Large window front provided amazing sea view. Great check-in experience. Received plenty up to date tips that proved to be very valuable.

Negative: Internet connection was constantly getting interrupted. Couldn’t even have a call. Understand that the issue is with the internet providers given the area is so remote. Would suggest starlink

Positive: Excellent place for a family of 4 Close to Avlemona 6 minute drive It’s hard to find at first, don’t miss the dirt road. Once you find the villa you will love the manicured gardens and view.

Negative: It was far from the main town chora and Kapsali however the roads are better in this side of the island.

Summary: Beautiful, quiet and great size for a family of 4

Positive: The place is very very nice, the room arrangement for a couple's stay is excellent. Very clean, superb veranda with a view. Fully equipped kitchen, private parking, super quiet, very professional host, friendly cats.

Negative: Maybe not a good fit for a family. Surely not a good fit if you don't have a car. Surely not a good fit for people with disabilities.
