Positive: Great location and beautiful villa and pool . We stayed thete for 3 night with the family . We only met the cleaners on checking in but they were great , spoke English and one definitely stood out (Dina) who was great . Apart from a few minor maintenance issues the stay was great and everyone enjoyed them selves.

Negative: A few minor maintenance issues .

Positive: Location is excellent. Clean rooms . The private pool is very nice. It's perfect for relaxing holidays. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. I recommend it! We will come back for sure!

Positive: Decided to stay in a Villa at Parliouri Greece and first impression of the property is spectacular. It has a nice pathway garden until you find the entrance of the property. The property has a nice pool view from the balcony apart from the fields. The pool was well maintained and cleaned, and the pool lights change to have a funky vibe. Outdoor area has ample of space and the garden is well maintained. The property has a well-spaced kitchen, living and dining including the terrace. The property has AC’s all over apart from one bedroom. Bedding and linen were clean and well prepared. Bathrooms were clean and well-spaced. In a nutshell, it’s a great property for a short holiday / stay.

Negative: Villa might need some interior renovations but nothing major

Positive: The host is great and always willing to help. He allowed us for a late check out, since there was no other guests coming this day. Private parking. Four places are even sheltered. Pool area is fantastic, with sunbeds, umbrellas and puffs. Nice gas BBQ working really well. Common space is big enough. Well equipped kitchen. There is also a huge terrace with a view. Overall the pool area and the yard are fantastic!

Negative: No mosqito nets on the windows, we couldn't sleep. Weak or no WiFi at all. Bathroom was unconfortable - nothing to hang the sower on. Have to always hold it with one hand. Same with the towels. Bathtub is leaking. Microwave not working in the kitchen. Many things in the house are broken/not finished and not functioning properly. Overall not bad, but after a week there, I am not sure if I want to come back despite the great host. The price is too high for what you get. Pool area is what saves the house from getting low score. The house is good, but needs serious maintenance and better cleaning.
