Summary: We were a group of 15 friends from mostly the USA. This house was perfect for our needs. We vacation together most summers, and of all the houses we have rented this one had the best kitchen and cookware. There was even a sharp knife, unheard of in most house rentals. The pool was warm, the walking-distance town, Ascain, was charming and had a good bakery. There is a large table on the covered porch we used for all meals, rain or shine. Highly recommended.

Summary: The house and gardens were great, based on the foot of the pyrenees, views incredible, a feeling of serenity around the place and only a 5 mins walk into a pretty, catalan village with two bakeries, a small supermarket, a lovely old catholic church, a little village school and a couple of places to eat. The coast only 5 miles away, the mountains on the door step, cycling and canoeing all easy access. We were lucky with the weather too very warm. We were met by a lovely local lady, Michele, who showed us round the house and left her number if we had any questions. We rung her once about the pool cover and she got it sorted quickly. We would recommend this house/location to a large family or group of friends

Summary: We were 5 kids & 7 adults and this was a great place for having fun at home and visiting nearby attractions. The pool was a big hit, though not heated, it is covered so stays warm. House has large garden, so very private, but close enough for Grandpa to walk to the boulanger for pain au chocolat every morning.

Summary: Nous connaissons bien ce lieu pour y être venus à plusieurs reprises, pour des vacances mais aussi pour des séminaires de travail. Lors de notre dernier séjour, nous sommes venus travailler 4 jours avec l'un de nos clients. Nous recommandons particulièrement cet endroit très agréable, spacieux, très bien aménagé et convivial. Idéal pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille, il se prête également très bien à un séjour plus studieux au calme, loin du stress et du train-train quotidien.

Summary: Une semaine au Pays Basque ce sont paysages et découvertes quotidiens. Avec la maison Gaineko Soruan à Ascain ce sont confort ,convivialité et amitiés qui nous ont été donnés de vivre à chaque instant. Encore merci

Summary: Avec 5 couples d'amis, nous avons loué cette propriété en novembre 2010. Etat irréprochable, très propre, parc entretenu, accueil de la gouvernante (très gentille) tout comme la propriétaire (tel). Idéal pour découvrir le Pays Basque et ses environs, commerces à proximité (800m 1km) En saison la grande piscine doit être très agréable, pour passer des vacances en famille ou avec des amis. Je conseille vivement cette location pour l'ensemble de ses prestations et des personnes qui s'en occupent. il n'y a pas de mauvaises surprises.

Summary: Cette location correspondait exactement à la description sur internet;elle était propre et bien entretenue (la literie notamment était parfaite); les pièces étaient spacieuses (nous étions 12 sans nous géner); la personne chargée de nous accueillir était très disponible pour le moindre problème;l'équipement de la maison convenait très bien à une occupation pouvant aller jusqu'à 18 personnes; la piscine a été fort appréciée, ainsi que le calme des lieux. Je recommanderai cette edresse sans hésiter et je compte même y revenir dans les années à venir.
