Positive: I loved the view even though it is not oceanfront as advertised. And that the beach was within walking distance.
Negative: The carpet and couch were dirty and stained, plus there was a $200 pet fee which is outrageous, especially with how dirty the carpet and couch were. The front door frame is broken and there is siding missing on the house.

Positive: Great location, beautiful view, lots of space, good value for the money. Loved being able to have the dogs, keep sandy stuff on concrete floored lowest level. Loft was fun for teenage kids.
Negative: The master bedroom bed sounds like a gunshot when you lie down or get up :). Perhaps there is some way to tighten or oil the bedframe or something?
Summary: Good value for location, clearly some recent updates and some underway - great for families with dog

Positive: The location is excellent. The view is fantastic. House felt very spacious for 8 people. We never felt crowded.
Negative: Needs potholders and the kitchen was a little under stocked with silverware and glassware. Also the cookware is getting older so come prepared with oil and butter to use in the pans. There are lots of stairs so be prepared for that, but that’s what gives the house the awesome view!
Summary: We will definitely return to this house in the future.
