Summary: We have already spent our second summer in this house. Plenty of space for the whole family, private pool with breathtaking views, great hiking opportunities directly from the house, ideal starting point for motorcycle tours and only a few minutes walk to the market square in the very friendly and pleasant Orpierre. We would love to come back!

Summary: There were four of us climbing. It was perfect for us and we would love to come back. The soundproofing between the upstairs bathroom and one bedroom is poor. And you have to bring your own bed linen and towels. But that wasn't a problem for us.

Summary: A great place to relax and be away-from-it-all for two blissful weeks. Location was perfect; views far-reaching. Whilst amongst other properties, you never felt looked upon. Near enough to local shops and a very welcoming Logis. Plenty of different walking routes in the vicinity.

Summary: First time staying in Hautes Alpes, was everything I had hoped for. The property is extremely well presented with all facilities one could hope for. Only glitch, on English website says linen provided while on French website states linen provided if requested. Anyway, glitch rapidly sorted. House is in a sublime location, and this is well matched by the surroundings. Excellent holiday, though could have done with another week!

Summary: We had a fantastic two weeks visiting from Scotland. The house is fantastic, and is in a stunning location. The boys spent every morning running the local mountains, including some trips further afield to the Pic de Bure and Céuse, while the girls made the most of the pool and the view! Sisteron is a great place to visit and has some big supermarkets for everything you need. Thanks to Catherine for letting us stay in your beautiful house!! Richard and Family.

Summary: A beautifull sunny place at the foot of the climbing rocks of Orpierre. A view of kilometers into the valley. Just a 20 minutes away from the stars of beautifull climing area and 20 minutes walking to the sqare of the Village with coffee. Beatifull walking area. (Guide and topografic carts in the house) In spring sings the Nightingale. The house is complete and very pleasant to stay.
