This impressive 365 m2 holiday villa is located on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Frigiliana, on the Costa de Sol. Uniquely situated against a mountain slope, the house is built in three south-facing floors.
The street-level entrance provides access to two tastefully decorated bedrooms with bathroom. A loft leads to the lower, spacious living room and adjoining sun corner. On the same floor are a cosy dining room, a full kitchen with pantry and a stylish master bedroom. The master bedroom has its own sitting area, luxurious bathroom and spacious walk-in wardrobe. Outside, the property is surrounded by a large terrace. A (lockable) external staircase takes you one floor down to a beautiful sun terrace with loggia, second kitchen and private pool - all with panoramic mountain and sea views.
Adjacent to the pool are the other rooms of the house, which are not rented out (i.e. not to others) for stays of up to six people.
For stays of up to thirteen guests, a central recreation room (with table tennis table) provides access to a lounge, three spacious bedrooms (for a total of seven people) and two bathrooms, one of which is extra spacious, with jacuzzi.
Privacy is guaranteed in Casa de la Cuesta. The many windows (with roller screens and shutters) and terraces provide plenty of sunlight and impressive views.

Casa de la Cuesta has been thoughtfully built and is equipped with all contemporary comforts. This starts with the lockable private parking in front of the door. The entire house is finished with first-class materials and derives its quality from high-quality furniture and textiles. The kitchen includes a granite countertop, a large fridge-freezer and an espresso machine. The adjacent utility room has a built-in washing machine. The dining and living areas are warm and tastefully decorated and the interiors of the bedrooms have also been carefully designed. High-quality sanitary ware, quality towels, good ventilation and pleasant heating also ensure comfort in all bathrooms. Air conditioning or heating is available for all living areas and there is a cosy fireplace in the living room. The house is very fully equipped and upstairs has wireless internet and television with Google Chromecast.
The swimming pool can be heated in autumn and winter for a fee. The waterfront is the ultimate enjoyment, whether on a lounger in the sun, under the refreshing outdoor shower or by the barbecue....

On the north side is the entrance to the white centre of the extraordinary Frigiliana (200 metres), repeatedly voted the most beautiful village in Andalusia. To the east are directly the mountains of the Sierras de Tejeda National Park, a protected nature reserve where beautiful walks can be made. The south reveals the Mediterranean Sea, whose beach (in Nerja) is only six kilometres away. Cities such as Malaga, Seville, Granada, Cordoba and Marbella are also easily accessible.
Andalusia's climate is characterised by pleasant temperatures and plenty of sunshine - all year round.

Summary: I booked the villa for my whole family to celebrate mine and my wife's 60th birthdays.The villa was the perfect size to have us all feeling close to each other but giving the perfect space to spend time alone.We spent a lot of time around the pool, with our 5 grandchildren (4, 4, 3, 2 & 2) being in it from morning until evening! Although it wasnt heated, it certainly felt like it was. It was a great size and perfect for cooling down from the beautiful sunshine! We loved how there were 2 kitchens, meaning we could prepare some food in the main villa and finish off in the kitchen downstairs, making plenty of room to feed all 13 of us! The view is unlike anywhere we have ever stayed before with all of us mesmerised by the mountain range and sea views, and it is simply stunning!The villa is a 15 minute (with toddlers!) walk from the beautiful town with the old town blowing us away with gorgeous food and amazing wine! We had a great time and would love to visit again in the future!

Summary: This villa suited us perfectly. It has fantastic views to the coast, and you can easily walk into Frigiliana for restaurants, shops etc. The pool is a good size, but all one depth so we had to keep an eye on the children while they swam.

Summary: 9 of us (my wife and I plus our 5 children, aged 15-26, plus 2 other halves) had a fantastic holiday at the villa. We had been to Nerja for family holidays a number of times when the children were younger and wanted a place nearby to accommodate and cater for us all for a reunion holiday. The villa was perfect for this. All ages loved it. Plenty of rooms and areas, on three levels (including the lower apartment), for us all to have space yet also for us to connect, eat, play and talk together. Terrific views down the valley to Nerja and the sea (just a few minutes away by car or taxi) and also stunning views over the mountains. And Frigiliana is a lovely town with numerous excellent cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The villa has everything you might need. All good quality and tasteful and, best of all, a clear feel of being much loved with a wonderful, welcoming, settled, “be at ease” energy. We are so glad we chose to stay here and would return without any hesitation. Thank you.

Summary: We stayed here recently and had a wonderful time. The villa was very well equipped and the communication with the host was excellent. The location was also great - the town of Frigiliana has a number of excellent restaurants with a relaxed atmosphere and a small supermarket in walking distance. The bigger town of Nerja is just a 10 minute drive with lots more shops and beach options. We had a wonderful holiday and would happily stay again.
