Summary: My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The accomodations were exactly the way it was advertised. We encountered a minor issue (the pool needed some attention with the filter) but the staff addressed it immediately. Our concierge Charmaine was wonderful! Kudos! My only suggestion is that they install air conditioning on the top floor. Other than that I would absolutely return for our next vacation.

Summary: Our stay at the villa was generally good but the home is really showing signs of aging. Kitchen cupboards peeling, fans not working or missing arms, some smells in the lower level, stains on the exterior walls. It needs a bit of a facelift. The housekeeping was great but she had to hand wash all of the dishes because the dishwasher was broken.
