Positive: The Villa is set in a great location and does have everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation. The outside pool area is fabulous and the pool was cleaned weekly whilst we were there too.
Negative: Difficult to find the Villa as on Booking.com the address still says 38, so we were looking for No. 38, whereas the number is now 20, so perhaps that needs to be updated on here for ease of finding the place. The 3rd bedroom is up a ladder, which in the UK would not comply with Health & Safety regulations as there is no handrail to hold on to, this needs to be made clearer in the details, especially if people less agile intend to use the property. Not sure if the owner is a aware but they have cockroach in the kitchen area, and tiny mites crawling all over the shelves too, so a deep clean is necessary.
Summary: Now we know what to expect we would book to stay again. Thank you

Positive: Once we found the property it was beautiful. The villa is well equipped. The views and swimming pool were the highlights for us. However, we nearly gave up on finding the property as the house numbers on this street do not at all correspond to the one given. Needs to be addressed as it caused a great deal of stress on our first night.
Summary: Beautiful location. Good base from which to explore the surrounding areas.
