Situated on the fashionable West coast known as the 'Barbados Riviera' in the Caribbean between Holetown and Speightstown, in the parish of St Peter.
This small village has been created to reflect the image of typical Barbados Chattel house design. Set amongst tropical gardens & located around a central swimming pool. Wild life includes the Barbados green monkey.
The self catering villa has its own private terrace, with fully equipped kitchen including Air conditioning & ceiling fans. The bathroom has a walk in wet room with shower and the bedroom has a queen size four poster bed.
Mullins beach is about a 5 minute walk away from the villa, hire Jet Ski's or take a short boat trip to see the Turtles. The beach has sun loungers for hire & has a nice restaurant, serving ice cold cocktail drinks.
Restaurants near by in Holetown & Speightstown, do not miss fish fry night.

Summary: This villa is so special, beautifully presented and so well equipped, Ian ( the owner) has thought of everything even down to the umbrella for the frequent quick downpours. From the outset at booking he has kept in touch sending a very detailed information pack with how to get here and how everything works. The villa sits alongside similar sized properties all painted in different pastel colours giving it a traditional chattel village feel. The swimming pool is just outside the villa, it's large and very inviting after a hard days sunbathing, snorkelling or sightseeing, very pretty at night with its colour changing underwater lights. All the staff are friendly and helpful even though this villa is privately owned. Anita & David who manage it for Ian are also helpful and with a contact number are able to help (especially when you lose your keys) ensure you use the coded key box provided. We would definitely recommend and will be coming back here when next in Barbados. Thanks for a great holiday x

Summary: We stayed for 2 weeks 22 July to 5 August. Kings Beach Villas is in a lovely setting, across the road from the beaches but only 5 minutes walk. Lovely, peaceful surroundings with beautiful gardens. The pool was almost always empty, but neighbours - a mix of holiday guests and residents - were always friendly, as were the staff, and we enjoyed chatting to everyone. The villa is compact, but just right for two and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is well stocked and has all the gadgets you could want. The villa has a choice of outside seating options, and overall was perfect for us. There was plenty of parking available. We liked to get up early (while its cooler) and walk along the beaches. Port St Charles beach is wonderful for snorkelling, and we really liked the beaches just past Cobblers Cove, as well as Mullins and Gibbs. Ian, the owner was very helpful and sent us lots of useful information about the villa, and what to do/where to go on the island before our trip. I would love to visit again. If we manage to return next year however, we hope to bring our daughter so will require a second bedroom - but fingers crossed we will be back to Kings Beach Villas before too long!
