Summary: Dies ist eine Beschreibung nach 3 von 14 Tagen: Der Gesamteindruck ist bisher durchwachsen. Die übermittelte Adresse lautete wie folgt: 43.289004 2.769576, richtigerweise ist es aber 43.2889857, 2.7704899. Dies bei anbrechender Dämmerung dann zu finden, war nicht ganz einfach. Die Ankunft dann am Haus war einfach. Der Ablageort des Schlüssels war wie beschrieben und einfach zu finden. Im Haus hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass der Ordner mit den wichtigen Unterlagen nicht offen auf dem Tisch lag sondern zunächst gesucht werden musste. Hier kommt der nächste Kritikpunkt: Wo sind die Mülltonnen? Im Ordner steht lediglich, dass man dazu eine Karte benötigt. Auf der Homepage von Oupia konnte ich auch nichts finden, im Nachbarort wurden wir schlussendlich fündig. Weitere Kritikpunkte: Die Terrassentüre ist beschädigt und lässt sich nicht verriegeln. Um das Haus sicher zu verlassen muss man immer den Rollladen herunterlassen. Auch im Haus sind mehrere Einrichtungsgegenstände beschädigt (Esstisch, Gläser-/Schrankvitrine), in den Bädern fehlen bei der Hälfte der Waschbecken die Abflussstopfen. In einem Badezimmer war der Abfluss der Dusche verstopft und die Klospülung funktioniert nur mit halber Kraft. In einem der Schlafzimmer funktioniert die Klimaanlage nicht, egal auf welcher Stellung bzw. in welchem Modus. Am Rand des sehr schönen Pools sind deutliche, grünliche Farbablagerungen und die Umrandung mit den gespannten Drahtseilen gehört nachgespannt bzw. erneuert. Zu den positiven Sachen: Der Haushalt ist gut ausgestattet, es sind ausreichend Teller und Gläser vorhanden. Die technischen Geräten funktionieren einwandfrei, ein Induktionskochfeld und ein Backofen mit Pyrolyse sind höchster Standard. Leider fehlt ein gutes Brotmesser und eine Teekanne. Herausragend ist die Aussicht Richtung Westen auf die Pyrinäen

Summary: Wij vonden het een super huis om in te verblijven. Bij aankomst vonden wij wel dat het niet zo proper was. De ramen waren redelijk vuil en op de vloer zaten ook veel vlekken. We hebben genoten van het zwembad en het was aangenaam dat er airco binnen was en in de slaapkamers. Het uitzicht buiten was heel mooi. Wij vonden wel dat er niet voldoende schaduw was, niet iedereen die met ons mee kwam kan goed tegen de zon en vond dit wel een minpuntje. Als je buiten komt hoor je constant krekels tjirpen. Wij hadden hier geen last van maar ik kan begrijpen dat er mensen zijn die zich hieraan storen.
