Although our beautiful villa Muscat3 part U of the Resort, you enjoy the tranquility as the villa is situated high with all the necessary tranquility and just a 200 meter of the facilities and activities offered by the resort.
Our villa has three bedrooms with double beds 1M80:
On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms each with a large private balcony, each with a private bathroom with sink, toilet and tub / shower.
On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with use of a separate shower room with sink, toilet and shower.
In addition, there are 2 plooibeden disposal.
The living room, kitchen and dining room are open, bright and spacious, overlooking the private pool, terrace and garden with beautiful views over the resort, across the fields and the sea.
The private infinity pool is accessed from the terrace via a staircase. The private pool is about 9.5 meters long, 4.5 wide large with an adjacent garden, overlooking the sea, the mountains and the fields
There is also large brick barbecue.
On the terrace, there is a cozy dining area, valkbij the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, ...
All rooms have air conditioning / heating units.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the villa and on the terrace.

Summary: Have just returned from a week’s stay in this fantastic property. The whole stay from booking to checkout was very smooth with good communication from the owner. The villa itself was lovely with plenty of room for the whole family. The pool area was fabulous and with plenty of outdoor seating for dining and sunbathing. The villa offers the best of both worlds with the privacy of a villa yet having access to all the resort amenities. The location is in quiet countryside yet only 10-15 minutes from beaches and water parks. We didn’t hire a car and managed to get around using a local taxi service for a reasonable price. All in all it was a great holiday and we will hopefully be back another year.

Summary: We arrived close to midnight and managed to get the keys without too much problem. The house was clean and tidy. We had a fabulous break here. Pool was great and maintenance came every day. Not much sun around the pool late afternoon. The villa had plenty of space and everything you need. Unfortunately there was a broken sunlounger and the chairs on the balcony has seen better days. Also we only had a single size quilt on 2 of the kind size beds so not ideal. We loved the old town of Nessebar and highly recommend a restaurant called The House Inn in Aheloy (5 mins away). Super cheap and food amazing. Would we stay again? Yes.

The location is perfect, you have the privacy of your own villa and large pool that is spotless and excellently maintained as are the grounds and the villa itself, add to this the fact that you have full access to the Vineyards resort hotel, pool, bars and restaurants, and you'll understand why we found it perfect. There are absolutely no negatives I can put in this review, this really was the perfect holiday, so much so, that we had decided to try to book this villa again for next year even before we had finished this years holiday. Summary: This villa was perfect for our needs. Luxury of private pool and villa yet without feeling cut off and at a reasonable rate. The resort is 20 minutes from the airport and easy to find,which allowed our 7 day stay to be uncomplicated and a perfect quick get away. We hired a car which allowed us to get to the supermarket to pick up supplies - resort shop a little too basic. The resort is peaceful and the spa looked great - only visited on last day to use shower due to late flight - I wish I had booked a treatment and used. Thierry is incredibly helpful and also easy to contact and quick to respond.
